TransferApp is a simple file sharing service that lets users share large files through email notification. It provides secure file access with password and auto expiration of files. It can also be branded somewhat with your corporate colors, etc. The basic service is for free, but different packages are included with upgraded features.

Google Analytics is made more accessible with Analytics for iPad.  A cool utility that gives you web reports of your analytics data. It supports multiple logins, a huge plus for people who manage many accounts. The reports an be sorted and manipulated very much in the same fashion as the web interface. PDF reports can be generated and shared as PDF or other xml files. The paid version unlocks features from the free version. The paid version costs $5.99 on the Appstore.

Yast for simple time tracking

Yast is a web-based simple time tracking tool. Unlike other tools, it really is a single click application that lets consultants, employees and free-lancers easily track time. The iPhone app works together with the website to offer almost stop-watch like capabilities. On a different note, the website theme is also nicely executed. Pricing is free for one user, with additional users at 4 euro per month.  The free version has some restrictions, but the paid upgrade supports multiple users and projects.

YouSendIt

YouSendIt is a web-based service to share large files with others. It lets you upload very large files using your web-browser only. It then creates an email notificaiton for your receiver who can download the file using an embedded link. This circumvents the need to attach large files as email attachments. The system is secure and offers various forms of additional features (mobile app, desktop synchronization, etc). The basic service is free and allows file sizes up to 2 GB.
