Snoobi WordPress plugin for Web Analytics

Snoobi has launched an official WordPress plugin for its web analytics service. The plugin appears as “Web Analytics” (rather than Snoobi) on the Adminstrator dashboard. They even have a new web interface which looks slick.

I like that plugin uses OAuth to tie in the Snoobi account with the WP site – but this signup process is not without hiccups (something I’m sure their R&D guys are working on).

Once you set it up, you see its a simplified version of Google Analytics with the ability to home into exact visitors, especially if they are visiting from corporate IP address block.  I like how they updated their logo with a Santa hat inside the web interface  to reflect the season – very Googlish.
