Oiko simplifies mobile work

Oiko is a Finnish service designed to manage mobile workforce. It uses text-based services to track and manage field workers. Orders can be dispatched to the mobile workers from the control center using a web-interface. Field workers can accept jobs, report on status and mark tasks as done using their feature phone (smartphone not needed, since it uses Text services.) There is a free trial on the site.
